Ricochet is a one-tap trick-shot game. You stand at the bottom of a room full of masked bandits, and your aim line sweeps back and forth on its own. Tap to fire. The bullet bounces off walls and crates and passes through every bandit in its way, so one good bank shot can take out two or three. Bullets are limited and a fuse burns down in every room. Clear the room before either runs out, and don't hit the hostages.
How to play Ricochet
- Your aim line sweeps by itself. The dotted red line shows where the bullet goes and where it bounces first.
- Tap anywhere to fire. The bullet banks off walls and crates up to three times.
- Each bullet goes through every bandit on its path. Hit them all to clear the room.
- Watch the fuse along the bottom and your bullets at the top. Never hit a blue hostage.
Tips to get a high score
- Wait for the line to cross two bandits at once. Doubles save bullets for the harder rooms.
- The first bounce point is marked. Bank shots around crates often line up better than straight ones.
- The sweep speeds up in later rooms, so tap a hair early.
- Moving bandits walk a dotted rail. Lead them a little, especially on long bank shots.
- Leftover bullets turn into coins when you clear a room.
How the rooms build up
The first room is one bandit and no crates. Bandit numbers then rise by about one every two rooms, reaching the maximum of five in room nine. Crates can appear from room two, and from room seven there can be up to three of them to bank off or get blocked by.
From room five a blue hostage may stand among the bandits, and it turns up more often as you go. From room six some bandits patrol back and forth, and later patrollers can walk noticeably faster.
The sweep and the fuse both tighten until about room 17. At first a full sweep from one side to the other takes over two and a half seconds; by then it takes under a second and a half. The fuse drops from 12 seconds per room to 7.
Spending your bullets
You get one bullet per bandit plus spares: three spares in room one, two in rooms two and three, one in rooms four to nine, and none after that. From room ten a single miss means the room can't be cleared, and the run ends as soon as you're out of bullets with a bandit still standing.
Your score is bandits taken down, so every room is worth the same whether you clear it in one shot or five. What a double or triple really buys is safety. Spare bullets don't carry over; they turn into coins when the room clears and the next room hands you a fresh count.
Only one bullet can be in the air at a time, and taps while it flies do nothing. A long bank shot can take a couple of seconds to finish while the fuse keeps burning, so in late rooms with a 7-second fuse, take a clean single when you see it rather than waiting too long for a double.
Reading the bank shot
The bullet reflects off the walls, the ceiling and crates like a ball off a cushion, three bounces in all, and then stops. The aim line only shows the path to the first bounce and a short stub after it, so picture the rest by mirroring the angle off each surface.
Every room is built so that each bandit can be hit from some point in the sweep without the bullet crossing a hostage. If a bandit looks unreachable, there's a bank shot you haven't spotted yet, often off a crate.
A bullet that touches a hostage ends the run on the spot, anywhere along its path, even after a bounce. Before you tap, follow the whole route, not just the first leg, and remember that patrolling bandits keep walking while the bullet travels.
Daily levels and ghost races

FAQ
How many bullets do I get?
One per bandit, plus a couple of spares in the early rooms. Later rooms give you exactly one per bandit, so every shot has to count.
Do the rooms change?
The rooms follow a new daily layout, and everyone playing that day gets the same rooms in the same order, so you can race your friends' ghosts room for room.
Is it free?
Yes. Every Tapamine game is free to play in your browser with no download and no account.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Tapamine is built for phones first: portrait, one thumb, and it works offline after your first visit. It also works with a mouse or the spacebar on a computer.
How do challenges work?
After a run, tap “Challenge a friend” to send a link. Your friend plays the exact same level and races your ghost — a replay of your run — to see who wins.
